PocketBay uses cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, log identifiers, device identifiers and similar technologies to provide, secure, maintain, analyze and improve the Service. Cookies may be set by PocketBay or by third parties providing services on our behalf.

Essential cookies are used for login, sessions, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, preferences, payment flows, KYC/KYB, service stability and legal compliance. Without essential cookies, the Service may not function properly, so they generally cannot be disabled.

Cookies in Developer Apps

If you are a developer and use cookies, pixels, analytics, advertising, remarketing, third-party SDKs or similar technologies in apps deployed on PocketBay, you must provide required cookie notices, privacy policies, consent mechanisms and opt-out/refusal mechanisms and comply with applicable law. PocketBay's Cookie Policy does not replace cookie notices or privacy policies for developer apps.

If your Discover listing or app contains undisclosed tracking, advertising, fingerprinting, cross-site tracking, data sale/sharing or cookies that violate law or platform policy, PocketBay may require remediation, restrict, remove, suspend monetization or terminate.
