Implementation Note
This document is for adding payment methods, purchases, upgrades, developer monetization, refund disputes and resource-limit disclosures. It should be accepted on paid pages together with the Terms.
Pricing, Plans and Platform Adjustment Rights
PocketBay may offer free plans, beta allowances, trial credits, subscription plans, usage-based billing, prepaid billing, postpaid billing, enterprise quotes, resource packs, credits, promotions, grants, developer monetization features and other billing methods. Specific prices, features, quotas, limits, overage fees, currencies, taxes, charges and payment methods are as stated in the then-current dashboard, order, quote, invoice, pricing page or written notice.
PocketBay may adjust prices, plans, resource quotas, billing methods, paid features, available regions, service types, sellable quantities, API calls, CPU, memory, disk, databases, bandwidth, concurrency, log retention, build counts, runtime duration, AI calls, domains, certificates, team seats, project counts, deployment counts, free allowances, trial policies, discounts, promotions, service fees, developer revenue-share percentages, payout cycles and minimum payout amounts.
Unless required by law or expressly committed in writing by PocketBay, changes to prices, quotas, service types or percentages do not create any obligation to refund, compensate, maintain legacy prices, maintain legacy features, maintain legacy percentages or continue legacy resources.
Auto-Renewal, Usage-Based Billing and Charge Authorization
If you purchase subscriptions, resource packs, usage-based services, overage resources, enterprise services, Discover paid items or other paid features, you authorize PocketBay or its third-party payment provider to charge your payment method based on your selected plan, resource usage, overages, subscription period, taxes, fees, refunds/chargebacks, negative balances and then-current billing rules.
Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled through the dashboard or PocketBay-specified process. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period; unless PocketBay states otherwise or law requires otherwise, paid period fees are not prorated or refunded.
Usage may increase due to traffic, builds, logs, databases, storage, AI calls, third-party services, automation tasks, abnormal access, attacks, configuration errors or end-user behavior. You are responsible for monitoring and managing usage, budgets, alerts, quotas and caps.
Refunds, Credits, Promotions and Grants
Unless expressly stated in writing by PocketBay or required by applicable law, all paid fees, subscription fees, resource fees, usage-based fees, overage fees, prepayments, enterprise service fees, domain fees, certificate fees, third-party fees, developer service fees, charges, taxes, credits, promotions, discounts, grants and trial allowances are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-cashable, not usable against old debt, and may be subject to expiration, purpose, territory, quota, account or plan limitations.
PocketBay may issue, revoke, adjust, restrict or terminate any promotion, discount, trial, free allowance, grant, promotional code, referral reward, developer incentive, beta access or resource pack at any time. If you abuse promotions or create multiple accounts to evade limits, PocketBay may cancel promotions, recover fees, suspend service and terminate accounts.
If a refund is required by law or PocketBay's written policy, the refund may deduct used resources, third-party fees, payment processing fees, taxes, chargeback fees, negative balances, promotions, grants, service fees and platform losses.
Auto-Cooldown, Resource Reclamation and Non-Payment Handling
PocketBay may apply auto-cooldown, sleeping, suspension, rate limiting, degradation, queuing, restart, isolation, deletion, build stoppage, network stoppage, storage reclamation, database reclamation, subdomain reclamation, certificate reclamation or service termination to free, beta, low-priority, inactive, over-quota, abnormal, unpaid, security-risk, policy-violating or upstream-restricted projects.
Upon non-payment, payment failure, chargeback, invalid payment method, billing dispute, abnormal fee risk or exceeding credit limits, PocketBay may suspend or terminate paid features, deployments, APIs, databases, storage, team permissions, Discover listing, monetization capability, payout capability or support service, and may delete or reclaim resources.
Auto-cooldown or suspension does not mean data is safely preserved. You must maintain your own backups. PocketBay does not guarantee recoverability of projects, logs, databases, storage, subdomains, certificates, caches or build artifacts after cooldown, suspension, non-payment or resource reclamation.
Taxes, Invoices and Third-Party Fees
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, withholding taxes, VAT, sales tax, consumption tax, digital services tax, platform fees, payment processing fees, bank fees, exchange fees and government charges related to your use of the Service, purchase of services, sale of Discover products, receipt of payouts or cross-border transactions. If law requires you to withhold any amount, you must bear it and ensure PocketBay receives the full net amount due.
Invoices, receipts, tax documents, payment records and payout records may be provided by PocketBay or third-party payment/tax providers. You must ensure billing, tax and business information is true, accurate, complete and promptly updated.
Contact support@pocketbay.com with questions, but contacting support does not automatically pause expirations, charges, resource usage, non-payment handling, chargeback processes or auto-cooldown mechanisms unless PocketBay confirms in writing.
