Complaint Scope and Contact Channel
This policy applies to copyright, trademark, intellectual-property, abuse, security, privacy, unlawful-content and other complaints regarding content, projects, apps, templates, domains, subdomains, pages, APIs and listings hosted, deployed, published, linked, sold or distributed through PocketBay or Discover.
Send all complaints to support@pocketbay.com. The email subject should include the complaint type, such as "Copyright Complaint," "Trademark Complaint," "Abuse Report," "Phishing Report," "Malware Report," "Privacy Complaint" or "Illegal Content Report." Provide enough information for PocketBay to locate the content, identify the complainant, assess the complaint and contact relevant parties.
PocketBay may request supplemental materials and may decline to process complaints that are plainly incomplete, malicious, repetitive, misleading, unverifiable, unrelated to PocketBay or outside PocketBay's control.
Copyright/DMCA-Style Notices
A copyright complaint should include at least: identification of the copyrighted work; the URL, project, subdomain, listing or other location of the allegedly infringing material; the complainant's name, company, address, email and phone number; a statement that the complainant owns rights or is authorized to act for the rights holder; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; a statement under penalty for false claims that the information is accurate; and an electronic or handwritten signature.
Where applicable, a user may submit a counter-notice explaining that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, including the removed content location, contact information, good-faith statement, consent to applicable jurisdiction and signature. PocketBay may restore, continue disabling or take other action according to applicable law, platform policy and risk assessment.
PocketBay is not the editor or owner of all developer content. For third-party apps, code, pages or end-user content, PocketBay may forward complaints, require developer handling, restrict access, remove, preserve evidence or take action according to law or policy.
Trademark, Impersonation, Phishing and Malicious Content Complaints
Trademark, impersonation, phishing, malware, scam, account-theft, spam, privacy-leak or unlawful-content complaints should provide: the complained-of URL/project/listing; complaint type; screenshots; affected brand, right or person; complainant contact information; an explanation of why the content is unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful; and authorization evidence where needed.
PocketBay may prioritize urgent complaints involving phishing, malware, credential theft, child safety, violent threats, financial fraud, regulatory/law-enforcement requests, plainly unlawful content and matters that may cause significant harm.
To avoid over-removal and abuse, PocketBay does not promise to process every business dispute, negative review, contract dispute, pricing dispute, ordinary competitive dispute, content outside its control or complaint lacking sufficient evidence. You may still seek relief from the developer, domain registrar, upstream provider, payment institution, court, arbitration body or regulator.
Repeat Infringers and Abusive Complaints
PocketBay may restrict, suspend, remove, delete, terminate, block re-registration, freeze payouts or report accounts that repeatedly infringe, repeatedly violate law, repeatedly abuse the Service, repeatedly receive substantiated complaints or pose high risk.
Complainants who submit false, malicious, misleading complaints, impersonate rights holders, fabricate evidence, abuse complaint processes, harass competitors or attempt to obtain non-public information through complaints may be restricted, refused processing or face legal liability.
PocketBay may retain complaints, handling records, evidence, notices, counter-notices, account information, logs, payment records and related communications for compliance, dispute, security, audit, legal and platform-enforcement purposes.
